Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you . My goal is always to provide your scheduled service and have a happy client - not to collect a cancellation fee.
Because I work one on one and have limited appointment availability, I earn income only while providing services . Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice leave very little opportunity to offer that time to another client . Therefore appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged 100% of the service/services booked .
I understand that genuine emergencies happen and may make an exception at my discretion . Please contact me as soon as possible so I have the best opportunity to fill your appointment time .
** Work conflicts, childcare issues, forgotten appointments, transportation problems, and changes and personal plans are not considered emergencies and remain subject to the cancellation policy. If your schedule may change unexpectedly, please do not reserve an appointment time that you may be unable to keep .
If you are running late, you must contact me directly and receive confirmation from me that I can still accommodate your appointment . Leaving a voicemail or sending a text without receiving my confirmation is not sufficient . Arriving 10 minutes or more late without my approval will be considered a missed appointment and you will be charged 100% of the service/services booked.
